Exercise.You've heard that moving your body is good for your health, but did you know that it is good for your skin too? Exercising promotes blood circulation, and when you have more blood going through your skin, it will look better, it will become healthier, and you will, in short, look younger.
Yoga.Yoga is an ancient practice, where you basically stretch, and you breathe. It helps your life force become stronger, and this has an impact on your health, which in turn affects your skin. When you've done it for awhile your skin will start to glow.
Natural Products.If you do nothing else, if you apply no other anti aging advice, then let it be this, because this is easy to apply once you find the right products.
