With the summer season coming up, many women wonder if there are foods that can increase the size of the breast. Feelings of inadequacy when it comes to breast size prevent many women from wearing swimsuits and revealing tops during the summer months.

There are very few foods that actually increase breast size, but here are a few that studies have shown may be the cause of increased breast size over the last few decades.

In recent years, the addition of some chemicals and estrogens to some meats such as chicken and beef have been thought to be a cause of larger breasts in teens and young women. Some studies also show that foods containing soy may increase breast size.

Foods containing high sugar content also alter size, but the effect is an allover weight gain. Increasing alcohol consumption has also been thought to be part of the cause of larger breasts in the past few years. Twenty years ago, the average bra size was a 34B. Since then, the average size has increased to a 36C, without the use of implants or breast augmentation.

While there must be a reason for this, scientists find it hard to pinpoint the exact cause of this change. There probably are more foods that increase breast size , but exactly what they are is still elusive. Low fat dairy products may also help, and are known to be helpful in slimming the waist area.

There are many supplements and creams available now to aid in breast enlargement. Many of these supplements also contain soy and many other natural herbs which are harmless to the body. While it's hard to say exactly what foods you can eat to increase your breast size, there are many other methods that work without resorting to dangerous surgeries or implants!
