Nausea during pregnancy is experienced by most of the pregnant women. From the very name you should not mistake it as pregnancy sickness during morning alone, but may occur at any time of the day or night. A few women suffer from this illness almost all the days when they were pregnant. Since the problem is at its peak during the early hours of the day, it is recognized as morning sickness. In most cases, it doesn't affect the women or the child baby. However, severe morning sickness will lead to dehydration and weight loss which need proper attention and medical care.

Symptoms:

Physical signs of pregnancy and morning sicknesss symptoms can include Nausea, Loss of appetite and Vomiting. The other psychological symptoms are depression and anxiety due to physical ailment.

Causes:

The actual cause of nausia remains mystery to many women, but there are theories to make a link with hormonal changes and fluctuations in blood pressure. The overall combination of rapid changes in your body occurring due to nausea and vomiting pregnancy contributes a major role in your queasiness. With the steep rise in the hormones like hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin ) and estrogen, you start feeling the effects of nausea. When the level of these hormones begins to decline in your system, you get relief from the problem.

Effects of Nausea:

There is the increased sense of taste and smell when you are pregnant. The great taste and liking for certain things you had when pregnant will now make you feel to say `No No. Please keep off them`. Some women prone to morning sickness during pregnancy begin to hate even the normal breakfast or bread. If the condition is at its worst, you have the highest level of estrogen and feel to rush for bathroom or wash basin for uncontrolled vomiting. Such a condition will make you feel depression.

Remedies for morning sickness:

Unfortunately, there is no specific and standard measure to relieve the pregnancy morning sickness. It doesn't mean that there is no solution for this problem, but indeed there are some tips to lessen your nausea. The relief measure is decided to suit the degree of ailment and the body conditions.

To get rid of the ailments totally, you should necessarily know the pregnancy healthy diet and then try the tips of do's and don't's to prevent pregnancy sickness.
