Their videos communicate to lots of people as the number of "views" on Youtube sky rocket. Artists have often been the trend setters for any current-day issue. Now, they are standing up for the children who can not express for themselves, the pains of being labeled and medicated. The Citizens Commission on Human Rights of Florida (CCHR Florida), a non-profit organization that investigates and exposes psychiatric violations of human rights and co-founded in 1969 by Professor Thomas Szasz, Professor of Psychiatry Emeritus, and the Church of Scientology, has launched a music/performance video contest to help generate more and more art that speaks to the public and gets them fully informed about the harmful side effects of psychotropic medication. Millions of children worldwide are placed on mind-altering psychiatric drugs. Their parents are never given the full information on the FDA warnings and side effects. This leads to tragic consequences. Parents are not told that there are no medical tests to prove that one single mental health disorder exists. They are not told that there are medical tests that can be done to detect underlying physical causes, such as nutritional deficiencies, allergies, thyroid problems and more. To find out all the details of the contest go to (scroll half-way down the page) The winner receives 8 full hours of studio session time at one of the Top studios.
