Managing Anxiety without the proper techniques can lead to terrible consequences, and all too often people seek instant relief, which is certainly understandable, but very dangerous.  I myself, when I first started to experience anxiety, stress and depression. the point of having trouble coping with my daily life starting coming home from work and drinking as much alcohol as I could to relieve the pain.  Sure it temporarily relieved some anxiety, but lead to bigger problems.  Inability to sleep, hangovers, bad decisions that were ruining my life, and actually created more anxiety the next day.

People all too often count on alcohol, drugs, and/or sexual addiction to relieve the devastation of depression, anxiety and stress, only to create major problems in their lives.  We don't have to cope this way.  There are too many positive, natural and healthy ways that we can turn to to beat depression and I am here to tell you that I did, and want to share these remedies with everyone that is in the throws of this affliction.
