Binaural Meditation

I first came across Binaural Meditation when I was searching for Clickbank products to advertise on my website - ' My Spiritual Universe' I was in the middle of creating Chakra lessons, you see, and as I looked at my page, it seemed rather bare.

There were one or two Chakra eBooks for sale in Clickbank which I added to my web site, but then I came across Binaural Meditation and being a curious person, I clicked on the link to see what it was all about.

I used to meditate regularly and was able to reach an unfathomable depth where all my thought patterns and emotions ceased to exist, and I would sit deep inside myself in a perfect state of joy and happiness.  If I had bodily ailments, I was able to go directly to that spot and give myself 'loving' energy to fix the troubled area.  That seems such a long time ago, a time when I used to smoke a lot of weed and hashish oil, but now that I no longer smoke, I cannot seem to be able to reach such depths  because I can never keep my mind still enough to allow my thought patterns and emotions to come and go as they should when one meditates.

As I began to read about Binaural Meditation, I was quite amazed to find that by tuning into a certain frequency of sound, one could actually meditate better, balance Chakra, view Aura, sleep better and a whole host of other functions.  This particular web site offered free downloads to try, so I downloaded the three that were available -

• Binaural Beats
• Monaural Beats
• Isochronic Tones

When I listened to the first download - Binaural beats, I was hooked.  I felt so safe and secure and I imagined it to be the sound that a baby would hear whilst sitting in the womb of their mother.  Within minutes I was transported into deep Meditation of the type mentioned above, and I was so happy because I could meditate again.  This time though, it was without the use of drugs.  Of course it wasn't quite the same, but I could see that if I practiced regularly, I would reach the state of Nirvana that I used to attain and thought would never be able to attain again in this lifetime.

Now that I had my first taste of Binaural Meditation, I searched the internet for more of the same - looking on such sites as youtube, digg.com etc.  To my surprise, there was a wealth of information available and I listened to the sounds  and watched the videos available, hoping to find something similar or better to my first initial encounter.  Unfortunately, there were none that I could find.  Some were so screechy that I had to turn it off quickly and others had too many bells or scratchy guitars that put me off even trying to meditate.

But it is the first Binaural tone that I listened to which had me hooked and I keep wanting to listen to it constantly.  I know that you will feel the same way.
