There are many females out there, both girls and women that we would deem as bitchy. They are either highly assertive, aggressive, focus much of their time on their dressing, are recalcitrant or refuse to listen to authority. They seem to have a way of stepping on other people's toes and irritating them.

Most importantly, know what they can and want to do now.To win them over, do something for them that will really help to solve a genuine practical problem in their life, no matter how small it might be. Thirdly, acknowledge your own flaws and share your weaknesses and how you overcame them. You have to share your innerself with them so that they can understand your humanness. You must walk your talk so that they will understand your authenticity and will trust you.
Fourthly, gently guide, praise and point out their flaws and handhold them into giving more than they care to or are able to give now .Be very steady and gentle in raising the bar higher and higher, all the while understanding, praising, guiding and only gently critising them.
