Calorie shifting planis the most revolutionary weight loss technique as compared to all the weight loss techniques in the past. You might ask why? Simply because not only it is highly easy to apply but also it works for real!! Below I have explained everything about the Calorie shifting plan:-

WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS?

When you consume specific amount of calories one day and then a different amount the other day and then just carry on the same way, it is known as Calorie shifting plan.

What I want to imply by this is, you consume 1700 calories the first day and 1200 the next day and so on. Nothing can be simpler than this! I believe you must be thinking the same..

WHAT IS THE BASIS OF THE PLAN?

In principle, our body's overall metabolic rate is increased by the Calorie shifting plan.

Don't worry if you don't know what exactly the Metabolic rate is?

Basically, it is the rate at which your body consumes calories.

You might have noticed that despite of eating all day continuously  some people just don't get any increase in their weight, This is just because their metabolic rate is much higher than ours and thus burning those calories at a comparatively faster  speed.

Now you must have seen as-well that raising the metabolic rate is the real key. Then again, how can we really increase it?

individuals who are onSTRICTdiets do lose some weight in the starting but after few weeks they feel exhausted and tired and you must have noticed this as-well. Now, this is primarily caused due to the fall in our metabolic rate because of the fact that when our body is not getting adequate food it goes in the Protection mode i.e. it does not consume much calories thereby dropping the metabolic rate .

As weird as it may sound but that's theTRUTH!!

The simple secret is toSHOCKthe body leaving it puzzled.

When you are having regular amount of calories your metabolic rate is just normal, whereas, when you will reduce your calorie intake the next day your metabolic rate also falls down. But you don't have to worry as it increases again the next day as your food intake becomes normal.

And as a result, the total metabolic rate is raised due to the confusion created in our body and therefore the weight loss starts gradually.

KEEP IN MIND:-  After you have finished a cycle in 11 days, there must be two or 3 CHEAT DAYS to eat anything you want but only till satisfaction. Unnecessary stuffing is not allowed!

I'M TOO BUSY, DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE AS-WELL?

Very important question! See, the plan is designed in such a way to increase our metabolic rate without any aid, you just have to follow the diet, so NO exercise is needed as such.

However, there is no harm in doing few simple workout routines alongwith the plan especially if you desire of a fully toned body because losing weight alone does not tone your body.

But  don't worry as there's no strict exercise routine with the plan. (Must be relieved!)

HOW MUCH I CAN LOSE?

Now I'll be totally sincere about this, you should be seeing any visible results at-least after a week because the metabolic rate wont raise in an instant but will take sometime.

You should lose a maximum of 9 pounds in 11 days because anything beyond this can be really unhealthy.

If I look at myself I lost about 5 pounds in the first two weeks and then lost 6 pounds on average in my next 11 day cycles although I had already lost some considerable amount of weight before this as-well. However, I'm confident you can definitely lose more than this!

WHAT ABOUT THE DIET MENU?

You don't have to worry at all as you don't  have to eat irritating food or plain vegetables all day. The diet is just normal and the food variety is also very huge. Consequently, following the diet is a cakewalk!
