You've tried everything you can think of to cure your acne, spent hundreds of dollars sifting through acne products that don't work, and nothing is working.  You try product after product, hoping for the best, and you're still getting no long-term results.  Does this sound familiar?  Maybe you have even started wondering "Can acne be cured!?"

The short answer is, yes, acne can of course be cured.  However, treating acne is not a quick, one-step fix.  You can't expect to buy the most expensive acne product on the market and be acne-free the next day.  A good quality product should be just one small step in your Acne Treatment Plan, not an end-all-be-all magic cure.  The "secret" to clear skin is NOT to find a specific product - most acne products are very similar anyway.

There are two things you need to do to permanently cure your acne:

1.  Find your own Acne Treatment Plan. An effective treatment plan can include anything from supplemental herbs used with benzoyl peroxide topicals, a healthy diet change with an all natural, organic cleanser, or garlic used with proper hydration and meditation!  Or any combination of these!  There are endless options for acne treatments, and the best treatment plan for you is the one you feel most comfortable with and most optimistic about.

The most effective treatment plans are the ones that a.) you believe in the most and b.) fight acne from at least 2 different angeles.  For example, treating the skin from the outside AND from the inside.  A well thought-out treatment plan WILL work, the key is maintaining a positive attitude throughout the entire process.

2.  Stick with it. The #1 reason acne treatment plans fail is because people give up on them too soon.  They don't see results quickly enough, loose faith in the plan, and move on to the next product only to do the exact same thing again.  But acne takes time to heal!  And if you are constantly changing your regimen, your body will be confused about how to remain balanced.  An imbalanced body results in bad acne!  Remaining patient with your Acne Treatment Plan will make the difference between whether it succeeds or fails.

So, can acne be cured?  Yes, even the very worst, most persistent acne can be cured, but it will take an effective Acne Treatment Plan, a positive attitude, and lots of patience.
