/?020710" Can I Grow Taller At 17

Are you tired of being just a bit on the short side? Did you realize you can actually grow a few inches? See, there are some exercises to grow taller that you can do from the comfort of your own home. There's no need for drastic measures, just try out these 5 exercises. Can I Grow Taller At 17

1. Cobra stretch
This exercise is really simple. Just lie on the floor, with your face to the ground, hands on the floor. Simply lead with your chin, and raise up off the ground like a cobra snake, using your spine. Go as far up as you can without hurting yourself, and then when you're at the peak of the movement, hold it for 20-30 seconds. This is great to do every morning and evening.

2. Leg stretch
Here's another of the exercises to grow taller. To do the leg stretch, you sit and then open your legs wide in a "V." As you perform this stretch, move carefully so as not to hurt yourself. Touch your toes (as much as you can) without bending your knees. Once you're stretched to the max, hold it for a solid 20 seconds, repeating on the other side.

3. V-stretch
This stretch is very simple to do. Simply touch your hands to your hips while you stand. Bend forward at the waist, far as you can, without bending at the knees. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Return to standing, and then repeat. This will really add to your flexibility. /?020710" Can I Grow Taller At 17

4. Wall stretch
These stretching exercises to grow taller will essentially keep your muscles loose, and will stretch out your spine as much as it can. The wall stretch continues the trend. You stand up with a wall facing you. Leaning against it, get on the tips of your toes and simply reach up as much as you can. You can also try this on the floor: either lie on your front or back and then just reach.

5. Dolphin stretch
The final of the 5 exercises is known as the dolphin stretch. This stretch will have you begin face-down on the floor, hands by your side. Just lift your legs gently to a spot that is challenging your capacity to stretch - but not painfully so - and then hold that for a good 10 seconds. Rest, and then repeat.

These are only some of the exercises to grow taller that are available to try. Of course you can do all of these at home, or in a hotel suite or wherever you have space to stretch for a few moments. /?020710" Can I Grow Taller At 17
