One of the most frightening things you may find yourself experiencing is a panic attack. You could be doing your usual activities like driving, watching TV, cooking, etc and SUDDENLY, your hit by strange symptoms.

Its may start with tingling sensation in your arm which quickly escalate to numbness. Your finding it difficult to breath and your chest hurts. Your heart is beating so fast that you KNOW your having a heart attack. Fear overcomes you and you really feel like dieing there and then because your convinced your heart is going to give up any second!

But...can you really die from a panic attack?

NO!

Despite its severity, you cannot die or go crazy from a panic attack (unless you already have some other underlying physical/medical condition). Although you may not believe it, this is the TRUTH.

Your not alone in feeling this way. Chest pain and fast heart beat, I am sure that ANYONE who felt these symptoms will think that they are having a heart attack. Such reaction are instinctive and natural. HOWEVER, take note that you have NEVER felt a REAL heart attack before, so how could you be sure?

Its take more than panic attack to trigger a heart attack. Without an existing heart condition or problem, you CANNOT simply have a heart attack just like that. Its impossible. For a lack of a better term, most panic attack sufferers just associate it to heart attack, when it is not!

You need to know that these symptoms are the result of your nervous system being on a high state of alert. Its coming from you! Your exaggerating those strange feelings that you are having in your body into MAJOR significance. Your only scaring yourself by thinking that your having a heart attack, and your dieing.

Trust yourself. Accept these feelings and KNOW that they cannot harm you. You cannot die from a panic attack.
