So...the question you have been "dieing" to ask and seek assurance from, can you really die from panic attack?

Well the answer is...NO!

Panic attack can NEVER kill you but most sufferers don't believe that because of the terrifying symptoms they have experienced. I know that it can be difficult to accept. Suddenly, without any warning, your heart start racing, you have difficulty breathing, you feel dizzy, start trembling, and fear that something terrible is about to happen to you.

Without any prior knowledge of panic attack, its perfectly normal to feel afraid and fear that your going to die. However, you need to understand that this panic response is coming from you, and given enough time, they will eventually fade away by itself. These are the facts and the living prove is yourself! Despite all these "near-death" sensation, what happen in the end? You will ALWAYS be fine and so, panic attack can NEVER kill you.

Need more prove?

During panic attack, its very common to feel heart palpitation (extra heartbeat) and chest pain. The first instinctive thought that jumps straight into your mind is "Heart attack", but is it? Obviously not! Without an existing heart condition, you cannot simply have a heart attack just like that. For the lack of a better term, sufferers just associate "Heart attack" to their symptoms, when its not!

The second most common symptoms is the fear of losing control. You start trembling and shaking badly. Instinctive, you start to think that your have a "Seizure" or "Stroke", but is it? Obviously not! Without a history of epilepsy or medical condition, you cannot suffer from seizure or stroke just like that. Again, for the lack of a better term, sufferers just loosely associate their symptoms to "Seizure" or "Stroke", when its not!

As you can see, there's a perfectly logical explanation for every single symptoms of panic attack. The main thing you NEED to take note here is this:None of them can kill you or even harm you in anyway. You will ALWAYS be fine.

So...can you die from panic attack?

NO!
