With a diet for cellulite, a person needs to include as many foods rich with iodine as possible. Iodine is required for normal functioning of the thyroid gland. The function of the thyroid gland is to take iodine, found in many foods, and convert it into thyroid hormones: thyroxin (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3).
