Cholesterol become a problem not only for the old but also for the youth nowadays. Moreover, there are many children which have problems with cholesterol. For the parents , there are tips to choose the healthy foods and good lifestyle and avoid the heart disease. The tips are teach the children about healthy eating and cholesterol, Let children make healthy food choices for themselves, and control the cholesterol foods and attitude of the children. The children also copy what their parents have done. So the parents have to be careful of their behavior or their children will copy it. We continue about the tips.
