The active ingredient in Chlor-Trimeton is chlorpheniramine where as the active ingredient in Drixoral is dexbrompheniramine. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to chlorpheniramine. Always should consult a doctor or a pharmacist before using chlorpheniramine if you have any medical conditions. Also avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather. Chlorpheniramine can decrease perspiration and you may be more prone to heat stroke.
