Smoking is an addiction that has survived the numerous efforts to thump it down and has proudly emerged victorious. Unfortunately for smoking it is not in the nature of the human beings to give up. This step though has not brought too much of a difference in the rate of active smoking it did improve the dismal condition of second hand smoking.
