Allah has made all Man Kind equal and none is above other accept for the rank that they get by performing good deeds that Allah accepts. And that Rank is only known by Allah, no one can say that Allah has made me greater because did so and so deeds.

But how are men equal as some of them are born poor and from childhood have to face hunger and there are others born with a silver spoon in there mouths and they never have to fear poverty ?

Is Allah fair in judging? While one man lives hundred years and the other lives 25years but Allah says that He is fair in testing, judging?

The Answer is yes.

I write this Article after Reading Quran in Translation in my mother language Urdu and after reading more then 2500 Hadees and Also researching this topic for over 5 years so May Allah help me to convey what I have learned in the best manner possible and May this help the ones seeking knowledge of life according to Allah's Laws.

For the first part I would like to say that its not by any chance anyone's charge to judge another by his own life experiences or any other rules accept the rules in the Holy Quran and the implementation of those rules that we can see in the life Prophet Muhammad (SAWW).

Verily In Muhammad(SAWW) you can find the Best Example(Holy Quran )(Al-Ahzab [33:21)

Say (OMuhammadSAW to mankind): "If you (really) love Allâh thenfollowsme, Allâh will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."Aal-e-Imran[3:31]

In the above ayat you can clearly see that its not your, mine or any other name mentioned but Muhammad (SAWW) is been made the Standard of Best Example  for men on which we can judge the actions of any individual or group. It also shows that how unjust it would be if you try to take the Prophet (SAWW) place as an example.

And by any chance if there is any matter or information that you don't find in Quran and Hadees Pak which till now I have not seen then:

Allah has says in Quran:Those who listen totheWord (Quran)andfollowthebest(Muhammad(SAWW)) thereof  those are  whom Allâh has guided and those are men of understanding.Az-Zumar #18" [39:18]

In the above Allah has mentioned themen of understandingso we can say that we may follow the Sahab's R.A or other good People that Follow Quran and the Path of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) as for the matters about which we cannot find answers in Quran and Hadees in detail

As it shows by Hadees

The Prophet(SAWW) accepted anything if it respects the ordinance of Allah, Bukhari 50/891

So if anything is according to Allah's rules and in accordance to the Sunnah of the Prophet(SAWW) it could be followed and if it is not against Quran and Sunnah it can also be followed.

Few more things that would like to mention before we start deep studies of this topic like

The Prophet (SAWW) Said: What about the people who stipulate conditions which are not present in Allah's Laws? Whoever imposes conditions which are not present in Allah's Laws, then those conditions will be invalid, even if he imposed these conditions a hundred times. Allah's conditions (Laws) are the truth and are more solid." Bukhari 46/735

The above mention Hadees shows that our personal made conditions if they are not according to Allah's condition then they are invalid. In our case when we judge people by our own conditions and our conditions are invalid

Also its said in Holy Quran

Allâh burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. "Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us aburdenlike that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us aburdengreater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maulâ (Patron, Supporter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people." Al-Baqara [2:286]

In the above Ayat Allah mentions the (scope of burden) and then (strength to bear) and most importantly for our topic (a person) which means that different persons have different strengths and weaknesses and only Allah know what sort of burden and how much burden he could bear because he is all knowing . Not you not me and not anybody else have that powers to measure the Strength of burden one can endorse in the sense of mentality and physicality but Allah knows All. And He orders what everyone can do and stops from anything that could harm everyone.

A good example is Namaz(5 times Prayers a day)  every one can do it so he ordered and science has proved that its good for both mind and body and he stopped us from drinking alcoholic drinks which science has proved to be harmful for both mind and body.

And many sunnah of The Prophet(SAWW) have proven to be good for both Mind and Body like using Maswak helps in stopping many diseases and also helps in reducing smoking habits and also helps in sharpening memory.

But people like you and I have not the knowledge to either judge or make our self's as standards or other like us as standards for judging human behaviors on different experiences of life as we have no knowledge in front of Allah and His Prophet (SAWW)  so we must Judge others according to Allah and His Prophet (SAWW) rather then with our own ways.

So the above has made it clear that each person is unique and cannot be compared with the other unique person and has the right to be seen from the point of Allah and His Prophet (SAWW) only.

Now we go the Question is Allah fair?

Allah has said that He has send man on earth to test him and he will be tested by Wealth, Poverty , Health and sickness and everything.

So the Rich is tested by his wealth and the poor by his poverty as Allah will see that who among his men is more thankful and more on the Path described by Him and He will test in all scenarios of life.

So Allah is fair by All means

And as for why Allah blessed someone more then others Allah has also said that He blesses who He wills and as much as He wills and takes backs what He likes and whenever He likes and there is one which can ask him why?.

There is no democracy in the kingdom of Allah as in democracy people give there leaders power so they have rights to question them and in Allah's case He made us and gave us power so we need him but He does not need us . This gives him right over our lives as He is the master and we are his made slaves.

Why can't a man judge another man based on his experience?

There are two reasons one that Allah made all men different some are better then others in something while others are not good or not so good in the same field. Example is needed to clear this statement

(Lets say that some one is a great doctor but a bad husband and father because he has no time to give at home because he is busy with his patients)

Or

(One employee works late cause at home all his matter are ok meaning if he is not home someone's there to manage his family like sons, brothers, etc. and there his is another employee that has to go home early because is wife and old mother are the only ones home)

Or

(One employee comes late to work but his work is perfect but the other comes on time but does the same job with lots of mistakes)

Or

( One prays 5 times a day and works when time is of working and does not over burden him self and the other works hard to make palaces for himself in this life and leaves the rewards of after life)

All above example are there to clear the concept that all men are different and work and behave in different manners but is this wrong? should all follow a same way?

No and I will tell you why because the Holy Prophet SAWW use to handle each person in different manner and according to the level of the person and He (SAWW) use to respect the difference between Him and others and also the differences between one man and the other man made by same Allah. And He(SAWW) never used to be harsh by saying that (if I can do it why cant you?) or (if someone can do it why can't he?)

For example : A man from Ansar said to the Prophet(SAWW), 'I cannot pray with you (in congregation)(With Jammat) .' He was a very fat man and he prepared a meal for the Prophet(SAWW) and invited him to his house. He spread out a mat for the Prophet, and washed one of its sides with water, and the Prophet prayed two Rakat on itBukhari 11:  639

The Prophet (SAWW) did not tell the man to loose his weight nether did He (SAWW) force Him to come to the Masjid.

Never did the Prophet (SAWW) tell any one to do deeds or prayers more the ones power

Malik Once the Prophet (p.b.u.h) entered the Mosque and saw a rope hanging in between its two pillars. He said, "What is this rope?" The people said, "This rope is for Zainab who, when she feels tired, holds it (to keep standing for the prayer.)" The Prophet said, "Don't use it. Remove the rope. You should pray as long as you feel active, and when you get tired, sit down."  Bukhari 21/251

Once a woman was mentioned thatShe does not sleep at night because she is engaged in prayer." The Prophet said disapprovingly: Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity as Allah never gets tired of giving rewards till you get tired of doing good deeds."  Bukhari 21/251

In the above Hadees Prophet (SAWW) is again saying that one should pray according to ones power He (SAWW) did not set measures according to His own powers either did He (SAWW) appreciate that She(R.A) is praying more then Her power but he disapproved this act.

Conclusion

The Point has been proven that our lives are different from each other and no one can judge the other until he is in his shoes and walks his same path from the beginning to the end. Which is not possible for anyone to do even the Prophet (SAWW) never did it so why should we? In the end I will like to quote one last hadees please try to understand this topic as one day you will thank me if you never judge others by your life or others life again

The Prophet (SAWW) said, "A man may seem to the people as if he were practicing the deeds of the people of Paradise while in fact he is from the people of the Hell) Fire, another may seem to the people as if he were practicing the deeds of the people of Hell (Fire), while in fact he is from the people of Paradise." Bukhari 52/147

We do not know for sure of any path except of (Prophet Muhammad SAWW) that could lead us to success.
