Anger is a relative sensation. It is not the stuff that happens to you that produces anger as much it is how you respond to these things. How you reply to unpleasant things depends on how you see the world. What follows is several methods of viewing the world that are likely to create frustration:

1. Viewing the world from a cycnical perspective.

Do you wake up every day ready for horrible things to take place? Do you get out of bed thinking that beneficial stuff can't take place today? Do you have trust problems with others? Do you hold your safeguard up because you are afraid of being manipulated? If this is applicable to you, you are prepared to respond with rage at any unpredictable moment.

2. Acting as if anything and everything is a huge problem.

Would you concur that there are not any tiny troubles in life? What others may think of as a trivial matter, you see as a massive catastrophe. If this is applies to you, the power of your frustration shows how overwhelmed you are feeling much of the time.

3. Looking at the world with a compulsive perspective.

Do you feel that everything in the world is either black or white? Do you put stock in the belief that your way is the correct way and the only way? Do other people consider you to be controlling? If this can be applied to you, it's no wonder you become so indignant.

4. Viewing the world through a self-centered standpoint.

Is your life only about your wants and desires? Are you the kind of person that takes more from people than you contribute? Does the rest of the world merely exist to fulfill your needs? If this is sounding recognizable, anger is nearby.

Change these detrimental ways of viewing society, and you'll have taken quite a few of the most essential measures in solving your anger issue.
