One of the more specialist types of meditation is called Core Energy Meditation. Although I'm calling it "specialist", that doesn't mean that it's difficult to learn. In fact, the whole process is probably one of the easier methods I've come across. The name "core energy" means that this process does exactly what it says on the label: it gets to the root of what you are and boosts your overall energy levels higher than you've experienced for quite a long while. It does all this perfectly naturally and in a very short space of time. All you need to do is be able to follow a series of simple instructions, delivered over twenty minutes or so. The process works on each of your different centers. If you're familiar with chakras, you'll know there are different parts of your body that work together as a whole. The closer these parts are in synchronization, the better your body will function as a whole. The core energy method works outwards from your heart to make sure that this happens. In the process, you'll find that your physical body begins to connect with your "higher" spiritual self. Not necessarily in any religious way but it happens nonetheless. With practice, you'll find yourself reaching a place of calmness and tranquility on a regular basis. Once you're in this state of bliss, you'll begin to get more in control of yourself and the various things you're experiencing in your life. It really is that simple to achieve!
