There are a number of physical and mental conditions of disorders that constitute disability. When this condition pertains for a long time, people find themselves in the condition of inactiveness and unable to do works like normal activities. The impact of the condition is so severe that it hampers their personal and professional lives. The disabled people are seen unable to execute their day-to-day works like eating, walking, reading, talking, shopping and many more. Though there is no any specified and straightforward definition that defines the term, but it is the symptoms and way or living that show that person is disabled. According to the World Health Organization, the disability can be defined as, "Disabilities is an umbrella term, covering impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. An impairment is a problem in body function or structure; an activity limitation is a difficulty encountered by an individual in executing a task or action; while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations. Thus disability is a complex phenomenon, reflecting an interaction between features of a person's body and features of the society in which he or she lives." In this way it is not only the physical but also mental and certain behaviors that are included while thinking about the cause of disability. We have many diseases that qualify the situation of disability. The disability includes the diseases like addiction, fibromyalgia, agoraphobia, alcoholic, Alzheimer's disease, angina, hearing and learning disorder, arthritis, Hypotonia, mania, mental illness, and many others. These diseases simply affect the normal way of working. And disabled people find it hard to cope with normal function. Disabled people are less efficient in the professional job. Sometimes, treatment of these diseases imposes a lot of monetary burden on the families, and sufferers look for some external assistance. In view of the need to provide some help to the disabled people, the Canada government has launched several welfare programs. There are some disability saving plans, direct tax credit, insurance plans and many others that try to help these affected people. To avail these disability plans in Canada, the eligible people have to apply properly. They have to prove their eligibility for plans under certain criteria. These disabled people can access the help of some authorized organizations that are providing the expert guidance while going for claiming to the disability plans.
