Usually only those who suffer from regular bouts of constipation fully understand the term "constipation cure". Why, it's all about achieving freedom from the pain and discomfort that you do not seem to understand where it is coming from. However, worry no more. 1. Oils. You must supplement your diet with different kinds of oils that have been proven safe and effective against constipation such as sesame seed oil, coconut oil, or flax seed oil. 4. Exercise. Exercise increases the muscular contractions in the intestines, facilitating the passage of stool. This also alleviates stress, which is one cause of chronic constipation. Walking is the easiest way to exercise for constipation. Generally, you must increase your physical activity and limit your time sitting down.

These simple methods to achieve relief for constipation can help a lot in improving one's condition, not to mention his mood. Of course, do not forget to maintain a well-balanced diet with lots of fiber and water to prevent constipation problem altogether.
