Has anyone told you before that your heart beats & blood pressure are badly affected when you smoke? If you're sad when you heard that and really care about your health and want to do something, then quit smoking. Smoking invades your body, increasing the amount of carbon monoxide in your blood which is poisonous, but when you decide to stop smoking, 12 hours later the oxygen supply in your blood will begin to increase causing your circulation to perform well.

Some studies showed that when you smoke a 1% increase happens in the ratio of the carbon monoxide in your blood will cause a 22% increase in the probability of dying because of smoking diseases. Another encouraging study showed that when you quit smoking just for 2 months, you decrease the amount of carbon monoxide in your body by 17%. These results are enough to ban smoking in all countries.

One of the most important benefits you'll gain when you quit smoking is that your lung will try to regain its original state; your lung contains cilia (small hair that eject dust and poisonous substances out of your lung) will be fixed soon; this will have a good effect on your health, decreasing the shortage of oxygen problems, also decreasing cell damage.

Want to hear more benefits for quitting smoking? Well, 5 to 10 years later after quitting smoking, you can enjoy your life without being afraid to die because of smoking, as this percentage drops by 18%, moreover the percentage of dying by lung cancer will drop by 20%.

For a certain study made on 600,000 smokers in their middle age who had badly damaged lungs, the study showed that, people who quitted smoking had 46% lower death rate that those who refused to quit smoking, people who quitted lived an average of 14.5 years more than those who refused to quit smoking.

Finally, don't think that when you decide to quit smoking you'll succeed on your first attempt, this is possible but most people who quitted smoking need 7 to 9 attempts to make it. You just need to stick to your decision with enough determination to kick that bad habit as soon as possible.

Well that about wraps up everything I've got for you here...If you'd like to read more, feel free to check out some of my other articles...I really do hope that I've reached you and helped you in some way. Either way, thanks for reading, and have a good day!
