I'm constantly asked, what must I do after break up even when I'm still in love with ex boyfriend? My response has always been this, what do you wish to do? I realize that this is not the solution you've presumed but it's strange that someone you used to love so much, the one you rendered everything, turns out offending you the most. As they say, 'It is unachievable to love and be wise' but you don't wish to hurt yourself. It is easy to say love hurts when you are not hurting but when you are in a relationship with somebody who abuses you it's like been treated like nothing. Can you remember all that tenderness... may be those Bulbss flowers... all that 'I love you'... those chocolates and charm, are now perish, that's worthless isn't it?

How do you act in this position?

Calling your man is not the best advice. Asking for a condonation to return is even tougher. What is the best thing to do? To begin with you have to consider that love is nothing but a state of mind, it's how you feel about your significant other. When you alter that notion, there is no attraction. Are you getting it? Let me break it down to you for a minute.

Just consider this, before you ran into your ex boyfriend, you didn't sense any bond with him. Even when I were to describe him it wouldn't produce any passion the way you feel now. Do you know why? Because the whole time you are in relationship with a guy, you build attraction, which is anabled, in your neuro system. The more you spend time together in affectionate way, the more you reinforce that connection in your brain and that means you build more attraction (love).

So, when you breakup with a man there is a firm amplified incitement that makes you feel bad. If there is no way of getting back together then you must have an issue. This draws a conclusion why you can't perform your job decently or why you get uncomfortable about your facial expressions because of bipolar disorder caused by breakupbreak up. This impinge how you do activities and your over all behaviors. The only way to solve this is to change the way you deal with love. You have to change the way you feel about him.

Let me break up down...

Get any book you can obtain nearby, carry it while seeing the front cover then move it around and then see it from the back, then from the sides . You will observe that, its appearance changes depending on what position you are seeing it. The book is the unchanged but the how you look at it, changed. Now, I'm not comparing your man with the book. The point I want to make here is this, when you change the way you feel about your ex, break up will not affects you. You may wish to acknowledge how to do that? Luckly there is a trick to assist you get over your ex boyfriend now. This technique will make you move on after break up completely, you will be looking good than you can imagine.
