Overload of work is the main cause of sleep problem. People are so must busy and due to the work schedule that really cannot sleep. If you don't get a proper sleep, the major cause is the tension .You know the decider of your body is the mind. Mind is the main player. Hence what mind decides, your body acts accordingly, so what if your mind is busy in another thoughts in the process of sleeping then what that's obvious you won't get a proper sleep! If it persists then you suffer from the sleep problem. This may turn out to be fatal disease. Let me put it as if you ask your mind to do many tasks at the same time it may but not to the perfection. It does then perfect sleep else tension may attack .Now what is tension? A negative thought process that goes on coming and coming. I mean to say what you have to do while sleeping, as simple, thoughtless mind! Don't think or if you want to, think positively. You know if you think positive an enzyme named as Interlulin-6 is secreted that is very good for your mind and sleep. If negatively then you can think so-So what? think positive and sleep well.
