If you want to become empowered to do and be all you can do or be in your lifetime, you will have to take charge of your thinking style and habits. If you have learned negative limited thinking habits in your youth, they will not change until you take charge of changing them. You will continue to manifest negative or limiting outcomes for the rest of your life because you have not changed the fundamental thought process that produces results and experiences in your life. Your life experiences and results come from the thoughts you expose yourself to on a daily basis. You do not become what you think about most, you simply experience what you think about most. What do you say to yourself most of the day? Are you aware of your basic self-talk that produces your daily experiences? The first basic key to changing and enhancing your life experiences is to understand why the experiences you are having are currently here in the first place. You do this by becoming aware of what you are telling yourself about a situation in the moment. Watch your thought process and what you say to yourself. This is so important to know, because what you say to yourself creates a chemical in your brain that gets dispersed throughout your body and you feel exactly how you tell yourself you feel. Your brain cooperates with you, whatever you tell it to feel, it creates the chemical compound for you that helps you feel however you tell it to feel and then it pours it in your system. Are you empowering yourself or are you poisoning yourself. It does not make the experience true or real it just makes it a result of a thought you just exposed yourself to. So if you want to enhance your outcomes in life, you must look at the thoughts you are exposing yourself to because you are not the thoughts that you just uttered, however you can experience the results of those thoughts. The question is, what kinds of thoughts would you like to expose yourself to? Begin saying thoughts that you want to experience. Retrain your brain to focus on thoughts that feel empowering, joyful, gentle and loving. When you incorporate this new thinking habit, things will begin to manifest in your life. It is exactly as Wayne Dyer says, "Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change." So, if you want to feel empowered and change your life, change the thoughts you expose yourself to.
