Trying to get your ex girlfriend back can be a risky proposition. Women tend to be more emotional than men, and you never know when she will take something you say wrong and fly off at you again. This is what makes it so risky when you try to explain what you did wrong and ask her to forgive you. Add to the fact that some women can be just plain vindictive and love to see their boyfriend squirm, and you have a field of eggs to walk on. Have you heard of the no contact rule? This rule has been highly advised for some time now and it works to get an ex back nearly every time. This rule means that you have no contact with your ex whatsoever. No phone calls, emails, or texting. Do not try to run into her by so called accident and definitely do not stalk her. The reason this works so well is that by having no contact with her, you can't say or do the wrong thing to upset her more than she already is. You simply disappear from her radar for awhile and give her time to sort things out.
This will also tell you if you have a chance to get her back, or if you should move on with your life. If she still cares for you and is just teaching you a lesson, being away from you will cause her to miss you and fall in love with you again. She will also respect the fact that you were man enough to give her this time and did not harass her. Of course by ignoring her, she might come to the conclusion that you have called it quits and she has lost you. Thinking that she has lost you will cause her emotions to kick into gear in another way. She will fear that you have found someone else, and this will cause her to panic and come looking for you.
Now the shoe is on the other foot and she will be crawling all over you while proclaiming her undying love for you. This is where you do not want to be stupid and try to be hard to get or make her suffer for running you through the wringer. You wanted to get your ex girlfriend back, so be thankful for the no contact rule and have a happy life.
