As there are two sides of a coin likewise a relationship has also two sides, either a sweet melodious tone or a cacophonic rhythm which can turn in to a breakup soon. But usually post breakup time is very tough and it ruffles our whole life and we keep on repenting over past things and such thoughts surround us like "Why me"? "Am I not attractive"? "I am a fool" etc. etc. but the point is that we start playing a blame game, blaming that person or destiny and at times blaming ourselves. The end result is the same; it weakens us and takes away the tranquility of our mind. The reasons for a breakup can be many but it leads to the formation of an acute vacuum which eats our identity slowly and slowly.

It's not easy to cope up with it and in many critical situations it may lead to depression so before the situation gets worse one has to handle the bitter reality in a better way. Now let's discuss what can help to ease the discomfort of the break up?

Avoid loneliness– Never think that being alone can help you instead this the time when you need your family or friends the most. At least share your feelings with one person who is close to you. Hang out with them and try to be in good places that you like. It can be a garden, a party or anything of your choice. But try to choose a lively place.

Be a busy bee– Idle time can harm you as you would always be lost in the past so keep yourself occupied with work and if you have no work it's the best time to remind yourself of your hobbies. Do anything from reading to gardening but the core of the solution is to be busy all the time so that at night you can sleep well.

Don't hate the person– It's the most difficult thing to stop disliking or hating your ex especially when he or she has hurt your feelings but I have read somewhere that if you love a person he would be in your heart and if you hate a person he would be in your mind so better don't have any emotion for him

Have positive attitude– Just remember it is not the end but a new beginning of something else. Try to think good and nice. Be positive and read inspirational things and get motivated. Think of future and the whole life ahead you. Have faith in yourself.

So breakup should not break any person rather it should be taken as a lesson whose mistakes shouldn't be repeated. And before starting a new relation give yourself enough time to think logically. A new relation shouldn't be a substitute rather it should be a new start.
