Would your life change if you knew how to /?Procrastination---A-Procrastinators-Review&id=4002015" end procrastination now ?  Imagine that you could be wealthier and healthier. Or even that depression could vanish and you would sleep better at night.  Not only would you earn the respect of your friends, but you would acquire more friends.  All of this is possible if you would stop putting off until tomorrow and end procrastination now.

How Bad Is Your Procrastination?

Just like with most situations and conditions in life, procrastination has it's levels of intensity.  The simplest way to gage this habitual syndrome is to put it into one of the three classes:Mild; Moderate; Severe.Mild procrastinationwould be the occational "put it off until tomorrow" and doing it then.Severeentail thechronic procrastinatorwho puts everything they can off until tomorrow and suffers serious consequences for not doing it.

Which level of procrastination do you have?

/?Procrastination---A-Procrastinators-Review&id=4002015" Simply Learning To Stop Procrastinating.

No matter what you have decided your level to be, there are ways to get you out of thisprocrastinating cycle.  Yes, that does include the chonic procrastinator too.

There are three main elements in ways to stop procrastinating.

1.Get organized.  Goes without saying if you are a true procrastinator.  Get things in your life organized.  Files, house, garage, work environment, etc.  You will feel better without the clutter and chaos that wreck havoc with your life.   This is reason enough for you to put your foot down and end procrastination.

2.Use Time Management.  Do you wonder why things never get done and just pass it off as there are not enough hours in the day?  Nobody ever has "enough" time.  With time-management you will be able to use blocks of time to constructively get things done.  No more slacking off and spending valuable time on checking your email 45 times a day!

3.  Self-hypnosis is wonderful.  Most of us experience procrastination from habit.  We learned it at an early age from our parents, who learned to do it from their parents (for example).  It is part of our characteristic that we can procrastinate without giving it a second thought.  This is what we refer to as part of our sub-concsious behavior.  Hypnosis can help us realize that we do have this and retrain our brain to acknowledge this postponing nature and do something about it.

These are the three main tools to use to stop procrastinating.  Don't expect results overnight, but the effects of not procrastinating can be truely rewarding by the accomplishment.

Your days can be both fun and productive if you use these life changing habits in order to wean yourself off of the procrastination cycle.  Enjoy being free of procrastination and all the side effects that come with it.You  are worth all you set out to be, so learn how to end the procrastination now like I did.
