In your pregnancy, week 7 symptoms will be reasonably the same as the former 6 weeks. These symptoms are very similar during the first 13 weeks of your pregnancy, otherwise known as your first trimester.

You may have morning sickness if you haven't already. You will likewise get swollen and sore breasts, much like you have just before your monthly period.

By now, you've probably experienced that unpleasant bloating, the bothersome frequent urination, extreme fatigue and you've most likely missed one, if not two periods. That may sound comical, but my aunt, who was very big at the time, never missed a period during her pregnancy and never tested positive, didn't recognize she was pregnant until she delivered her firsborn in the toilet!! What a surprise that was! True story!

You may feel more attached with your new fetus this week, this is due to the fact that the umbilical cord is now formed and feeding your new baby with much required oxygen and nutrients to formulate properly. Remember, if you're still experiencing morning sickness to add at least 300 more calories per day to your diet.

Last week, your baby's brain and nervous system started to grow, this week the two hemispheres of the brain begin to take shape likewise. Now, the digestive tract starts to grow with the first appearance of the liver, pancreas and appendix.

The "buds" which are the beginnings of legs and arms are now developing into small paddlelike webs. Next week, the fingers and toes begin to take shape. Likewise, the eyelid folds are formed protecting the eyes, and your cherished baby has doubled in size from last week. It's now  the whopping size of a blueberry!

Continue eating healthy for you and the baby and abstain from junk foods, cigarettes, alcohol and recreational drugs. You both want to be healthy and strong as the pregnancy week 7 symptoms continue.
