Deciding to quit smoking is one of the best things we could do in our life time. How relaxed our dear and near ones would feel once they know that we are reducing the risk of some life threatening diseases and we will be safer.

Once we have decided we need to choose the best effective method to quit smoking as it doesn't happen automatically overnight. We need to put some conscious effort.

Herbal methods are known to be very effective and side effect free. Its better that we understand the details of Herbal therapy for quitting smoking before starting the treatment. There are many herbal plants that are proved to be effective.

Here are a few of those. The first is mimosa tea. It is famous in South Mexico and Brazil. This helps relaxing of mind by releasing all stress, anxiety, tension which are common in the phase of quitting smoking. Next, fluid extracted from Lobelia plant contains lobeline that works as alternative to nicotine but it is not as addictive as nicotine, it just helps get rid of nicotine addiction. But a doctor's advice is important before consuming lobelia as over consumption of this herb may cause some toxic effect in the body.

Think about avena sativa. This is found mostly in wild oat plant. This herb also helps getting out of nicotine addiction and also helps reducing the anxiety, nervousness caused by the shock of quitting smoking suddenly. Garcinia cambogia is recommended by some people. Chain smokers generally suffer from craving more and they also tend to be overweight. Garcinia Cambogia helps reduce the craving and also burns excess fat content in the body thus resulting in healthier physique. /? 250610" E Cig Battery Life

Korean ginseng may be effective for you. It is a stress reliever which is essential for bridging the gap of desire of smoking and no supply of nicotine. Crave-Rx drops prevents you from becoming dependent on smoking and also prevents weight gain.
Finally, St. John's Wart works like an anti-depressant. It increases the level dopamine in the brain. Suddenly quitting smoking drops the level of dopamine in the brain which in turn causes depression. So, by increasing dopamine level, the herb helps reducing the depression effect. Consuming this herb while quitting smoking largely helps. Many studies have shown that it also reduces the craving effect which is very unhealthy and sometimes leads smokers to return to regular smoking habit.

Some other useful herbs to consider would be red clover and burdock to help with releasing the toxic chemicals that are deposited in body due to smoking. Many anti-toxic herbs are also available. These are mainly originated in China. Caosu is one of those made in China that helps reduce stress caused by the desire of smoking and forceful control for not smoking. Others are like Godenseal, Willow, Oak, Oregan Grape Root, Valerian, Parrot's beak, Catnip etc.

All the herbs have a placebo effect also that makes us feel positive and helps us easily get out of the smoking habit in short span of time. Though now we know about the herbs available for the treatment of quitting smoking, we always need to visit an herbal therapy expert to take advice on the doses and timing for consuming the herbs. /? 250610" E Cig Battery Life
