E Cigarette Battery Mod

One of the things that you'll find most essential in your quest to quit smoking is definitely going to be an open mind. It might not seem like it at first, and quite frankly most resources tend to stress on the need to have strong willpower - but an open mind is just as important as willpower and determination, and you're about to find out exactly how and why keeping an open mind will aid you in so many ways.

Quite frankly, the hardest thing about quitting smoking is overcoming the fear to quit smoking. Although you might not like to think of yourself as being particularly 'afraid' to quit smoking, the truth is that you are - in some small way, at least. Almost all smokers end up that way purely because they feel that they need cigarettes, and they're afraid of what will happen to them if they don't get their fix. In a nutshell, there is a fear that they will gain weight, become more stressed out, feel less happy, and so on.

Most of these fears are honestly without real basis, however if you've been smoking for a long time and have grown so dependent on cigarettes, then a life without smoking seems almost unthinkable. As such, although these fears might not really be that harmful - they're going to be very real indeed to a regular smoker. E Cigarette Battery Mod

Some people opt to try to power through these fears on willpower and determination alone. For some people, it even works. If you have enough willpower to tell yourself to just ignore those fears and power through your efforts to quit smoking - that's great. Unfortunately, most people don't work that way and that's why many people who rely on their determination and willpower alone to quit smoking often either fail to do so or find themselves going back to the habit at some point.

On the other hand, if you're able to keep an open mind - you'll actually be able to reason for yourself and start to see that there's really nothing to be afraid of. By looking at non-smokers all around you, and thinking back to the times when you yourself weren't smoking, you should be able to start to see that there really is no reason for you to smoke - and that everything you fear really isn't as bad as you think it might be.

That is the advantage of keeping an open mind, and it will help you to quit smoking very convincingly if you're able to retrain yourself and get yourself back to the mindset of a non-smoker.

Try it out for yourself! No matter how you slice or dice it, you're going to find that keeping an open mind helps you in so many ways. E Cigarette Battery Mod
