Looking younger can be easily be achieved with these anti aging techniques. The following three techniques, although won't have the same effects as a facelift, will produce a more youthful facial appearance if practiced regularly.

Wash your face Twice every night

Washing your face twice every night will help to keep you looking younger. This is especially true if you wear make up during the day. Going to bed with make on up promotes wrinkles and causes the skin to break out as well as gives it a dingy, dirty look. Use a mild facial cleanser to wash your face before you go to bed. Massage the cleanser into you skin for at least a minute. Most people don't work the cleanser in long enough which can leave behind a significant amount of dirt and toxins that age the skin. Once you've done this, rinse and repeat the process. You will see a brighter, more toned skin complexion when you wake up in the morning.

Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize

No matter what type of skin you have, even if it's oily, you need to moisturize. Wrinkles appear more often on skin that is dry and lacking the right amount of moisture. Finding the right moisturizer for your skin may take some time, but it's well worth it.

Sleep On Your Back

I know some of us feel more comfortable lying in the fetal position when sleeping, but this can cause wrinkles and sagging skin on the face over a prolonged period of time. How many times have you awakened from a long night's sleep only to find pillow and sheet lines adorning your face. This of course, comes from you smashing your face all night long into your pillow and sheets while sleeping on your side. This causes your face to fold and wrinkle. If you do this long enough, the wrinkles that are formed when you do this will stay on your face permanently. Sleeping on your back will eliminate this problem and help your face stay wrinkle and sag-free longer.
