No one likes a person with breath that stinks. People are turned off by people who have bad breath. It's embarrassing and humiliating. And trying to get rid of bad breath can be frustrating and a hassle. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some tips on how to end bad breath.

That way, you will have more confidence, increase self-esteem, and fresh breath.

The tips on ending bad breath are:

1. Gargling with baking soda and warm water is one way to end your bad breath. Mix baking soda with one cup of warm water and gargle with it for about a minute. After you're done gargling, spit it out.

2. Another tip for ending bad breath is to eat yogurt. Eating sugar-free or low carb yogurt will help you get rid of your stinky breath. You should eat low carb or sugar-free yogurt 2 times a day for about 6 weeks. The yogurt has bacteria cultures in it that helps get rid of the bacteria in your mouth that causes your breath to stink.

3. Drinking water is another way to end bad breath. Drinking water will help keep your mouth moist. If your mouth gets dry, your breath will stink. So, be sure to drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

4. Another way to end bad breath is drinking green tea. You should drink one cup of green tea a day. Besides helping you get rid of bad breath, green tea also has other health benefits in it.

These are some tip on how to end bad breath. If you have bad breath, you should do something about it now. Your breath could get worse or you may be at risk of an infection.

Using chewing gum or breath sprays will only mask your bad breath. And using some types of mouthwash could make your breath worse.
