To make sure the passageways of your brains will function a correctly and your memory sharpens, you will need to have a good diet. As you age, you will also have to be more vigilant about looking out for yourself. When trying to remember something, you can increase your focus on what information you are trying to access with the use of your other senses. However, if you really could not think of it then just leave it as it is as you will be stressing yourself if you try too hard. The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to remember things. Even the younger generation can be forgetful. It is actually normal that some things just fade away from your memory.

Learn using your imagination if you wish to recall things better. Images help make the process of memorization so much easier. With appropriate lifestyle, good habits and right attitude you will be more than able to remember no matter what is your current age.
