The first thing a man notices in a woman is the face. And then, inevitably, those probing eyes hit your bust and explore your breasts. This can be a most excruciating experience for a woman who feels that she needs fuller breasts. It can also be a most rewarding feeling for the woman whose breast size is superior. This superiority is affordable to the sensitive woman with three different exercises.Exercises To Make Breasts Firmer

Who wouldn't want to field those fuller breasts that capture all eyes? Well, they don't all come by birth and don't think you can have your share of the attention. Just get down to business and do these three exercises that will send your confidence levels soaring.

The Pecto-Push-Ups

The pecto-push-ups is a type of exercise that designed to work on the chest area. Experts will tell you that virtually every part of your body needs a specific kind of training to attain its muscular prime. The following steps will guide you on how to get yourself a set of fuller breasts:

1, Firstly, lie with your face down so that your toes and elbows are the points of contact with the floor, /? 040710" Exercises To Make Breasts Firmer

2. Maintaining the stiffness in the rest of the body just like in ordinary press-ups, force yourself up so that only the toes and the arms from elbows down are in contact with the floor. Stay poised at the top for half a minute and then lower yourself. Do a set of seven.

The sets should be increased from 1 in the first week to 3 in the third week. Keep it at three every day, every week.

The breast press

Here, you will need two dumbbells that weight at least 1.5 kg but not more than 2.5kgs. The poise as you do this exercise is of utmost importance. To get that area of the breast into the optimal benefit position,

  1. You should hold the dumbbells at your sides with your back straight.
  2. At your hips, lean to the front just a bit and,
  3. As if you are shrugging both shoulders, lift your arms so that the elbows are at shoulder-level. Your hands will be in front and your palms will face down.
  4. While in that position, count to five then return to the original poise.
