To explore talent and to make use of your human resource in the best possible manner you need to develop the right strategies so that the process becomes easy and effective.
HRD is the formal department which needs to come up with the talent management plan and incorporate it on organizational level. To explore talent in your people means to save the cost of adding more manpower. If an employee can take up more than a single role, you can compensate him in the same pay plan rather than adding a new staff member altogether. Therefore, it is must for any organization to explore talent within its own staff before hunting for talent from outside.
