I have been wearing glasses for almost 20 years and have spent a lot of money for that. As a brand cautious individual, I often choose a good brand as I believe that good brands deliver better quality products. This is true in many cases ranging from normal household items, to the vehicles, consumer electronics, and etc.
With a good brand frame, it tends to last longer with very comfortable fittings. The only common problem I have is to see the glasses or lens get scratched very easily even from a normal wear. The worst is when I accidentally drop it, lens down. If this happened to you then you know the frustration especially when you have spent hundreds of dollars for it! I started to count the days before getting the lens replaced! More often than not, that would happen almost the following weekend!
I am sure there are a lot people out there who experience the same problem and have spent a lot of money changing the lens to new ones.
To my surprise the other day when I was watching TV, there was a commercial showing a product which could actually repair the scratched lens! I could not believe how much it could have saved me had I knew it much earlier. Amazingly, you can actually do it on your own.
The way it showed on the TV is really easy. Use only cotton buds! I know there are people who can actually fix cracked windshield but this is really new to me. How amazing! If you have not seen how this repair is done, there is a live commercial on the internet showing you how even a badly scratched lens can be fixed real easily. This really translated to hundreds of saving to a lot of people.
Hope this article helps others to save as well.
