Hasan A. Yahya, Ph.D

Have you asked your self one day: Why the left foot always follows the right foot, or vise versa? You see this is a habitual action every person on earth does it regularly without questioning his/her mind or legs. Isn’t it amazing if the decision was made by your feet for itself without your permission? What if your feet rebelled  over your guaranteed permission to move?  Ya!, in case you’re handicapped or Physically disabled? I don’t think any one wishes to be in that situation. So leave your feet do as they wish as far as they are not impaired. Don’t question their decisions come from them or from your mind. To have healthy feet function properly is a quality you have to be thankful for.  Because walking without rejection on the side of your feet or mind is a great and valuable thing, many fortune owners are ready to exchange their wealth with a walking feet.

Among disabled persons, they strive to direct their feet to work normally, others who are not, usually do not think that way. I know a friend whose wife was disabled after an a car accident. She used to do certain exercises for many years, she never quits trying to walk, after six months, her feet began to respond positively. She was the happiest person on earth, she said. No one can value the feet like the one who loose them, or lost their ability to move. It’s a great feeling, I can tell you.

In conclusion, your feet is valuable, and priceless, like any organ we have. Some football players, sometime insure their feet. They deserve keeping warm, and moving, especially for old persons. So, keep them working positively to serve your mind and to work in healthy and safe way. Your feet is a fortune, you have to cherish. Ask anyone who set in his/her electric Armchair like me!  (330 words)
