In some instances you have to get a portion of your realtor fee over to the individual that is helping you. How about planning your next home purchase around her children. You realize that they do that's a good elementary school, middle school, then high school. Elementary schools are more public and more abundant. Therefore you have to live close to the elementary school you want. Hover high schools are unremarkably larger and pull from many different middle schools which pull from many different elementary schools. She do not have to live as close to the high school is you may originally have wanted to. But you do have to live extremely close the elementary school you want. You have to do this to make sure that you will not be rezoned. We zoning can be a big problem. The difference for children moving between elementary schools may not be as big as the difference when they have to move from a high school. Having to move from a high school to be very difficult on them because of all their friendship that they have made. So make sure you plan around school systems.
