In this article we will discuss the time and resource challenges the average website flipper runs up against in his or her business. As we all know there is only 24 hours in each day. 8 hours for sleeping and 16 other hours to use as best we see fit. Our job will be to get as much accomplished in the time frame we have allowed ourselves.

Some reading this article will only have an hour or two per day in their hectic schedule to accomplish their daily goals. Others will have 5 or 6 hours per day or more. It is extremely important to focus intensely during the hours you have set aside each day. It's all too easy to get caught up in opening emails, clicking links, watching videos, responding to chat requests and a dozen other time wasting activities which I'm sure you know what those are.

You are on a mission and during those precious few hours you have daily, you MUST make the most of them. This is so important I will repeat it. Close your eyes and concentrate on this for a few minutes.

During those precious few hours you have daily, you MUST make the most of them.

Without intense focus nothing is accomplished. Imagine you are holding magnifying glass in your hand. Until you learn to focus the suns rays onto a scrap of paper it will never explode into flames. You might even sit around complaining the magnifying glass someone sold you does not work! Rest assured the magnifying glass does work. But it needs to be properly focused first.

I will reveal a little secret of mine that will help you develop that intense focus. Your mind and how it works is very mysterious even to scientists nowadays. No scientist has ever been able to grasp a thought and measure it in a test tube. But scientists use their thoughts all day long without knowing how they work or where they came from. Much like electricity. Your brain once intensely focused will explode with new ideas and creativity. Now to achieve that focus here is what to do.

1. Get a kitchen egg timer or download a freeware countdown timer from Download.com and set it for exactly 37 minutes.

2. Close all doors, turn off your phone, shut down all email and chat programs.

3. The next 37 minutes you are to concentrate on doing just one task. Only one! Not 2 or 3 or 4 tasks. Just 1.

Perhaps for the first 3-5 minutes concentrate on what you need to accomplish. Outline it in your mind or on a sheet of paper or your journal. Then begin! Do not stop! Don't think! Just do it! Let the creativity begin to flow and watch how your mind begins to help you. Your mind is thinking "Hey! my master is concentrating really hard on this, it must be very important, OK let me see if I can can help out here a bit" Then BOOM you will notice the deeper you go more and more ideas will come come to the surface and your hands will seemingly move on their own.

This is much like playing a piano at the prodigy level. No thought is needed how to move your fingers, your fingers move on their own. Your mind as you go deeper and deeper into this 37 brain dump session will begin to aid you to get the task at hand accomplished quickly and with results 1000 times better than if you concentrated on 10 tasks at once.

Remember at the end of 37 minutes stop what you are doing, get out of your chair, get some fresh air or a cup of tea or coffee and let your mind recharge. Ideas will still be flowing as you take your break so note those mentally. I carry a small handheld voice recorder with me for moments like that. Normally I'll rest for 10 minutes after that session then I will set the timer again for exactly 37 minutes. Rinse and repeat.

Try not to let anything interrupt you. Hold all calls, tell your family or your mate that you wish to be undisturbed for the next 37 minutes. Lock the door if needed. So many folks get started then 5 minutes later something disturbs them. Then 6 more minutes and their cell goes off. This is not the way to focus. Remember, your mind is a magnifying glass. You need to focus that magnifying glass for a while and hold it in position in order for the flames to erupt!

In summary, locate a countdown timer, set it for exactly 37 minutes, spend the first 3-5 minutes visualizing or writing the outline of what you wish to accomplish, then for the next 30+ minutes concentrate ONLY on accomplishing that task. Your mind will kick into hyper overdrive and you will be amazed at what you accomplish!
