It is a known fact that fresh fruits and vegetables can bring many benefits to our body. Because of their food nutrients, fruits and vegetables help in preventing plaques on the blood vessels which in turn can prevent heart diseases. These are cholesterol foods which are normally absorbed into the blood through the small intestine while digesting these foods. They compete with bad cholesterol for absorption in the small intestines as send them to the liver in the same manner as cholesterol is being processed in the body. As a result, the body excreted out wastes.

Fruits and vegetables are beneficial in lowering cholesterol levels; therefore, it is necessary that we have to include them in our diet to get the maximum benefits. Further, these foods are healthy foods which are necessary to repair damages in our body.
Fruits are foods with low calorie content as well as rich in vitamins and minerals which can help the prevention of vitamin deficiency as well as other diseases. On the other hand, vegetables are rich in high fibers as well as food nutrients which are needed to balance cholesterol levels in the body. Both fruits and vegetables can help reduce heart diseases, high blood pressure and even other illnesses like cancer.

From fruits and vegetables, you can also make juices which can easily be absorbed and can help fight heart disease, heart attack, stroke and other illnesses as well as keep body and heart in excellent health. Juices insure optimum benefits like vitamins and minerals our body needs.

Blueberries can bolster brainpower; thus helps in the improvement of memory retention, cognition and concentration. It is good for the children in school because of these benefits.

Plums can prevent pressure, depression, anxiety and stress.
Beans are good body protectors especially for damaged cells. Because of phytochemicals found in beans, cancer can easily be prevented.
Artichokes can prevent overweight because these are foods with low cholesterol as well as low calories.
Red grape fruits have antioxidant lycopene. Like artichokes, these fruits can prevent cancer. But remember eating a half grape fruit with each meal for 12 weeks can also reduce weight.

Dark cherries are loaded with anthocyanins which can help reduce belly fats, cholesterol counts and blood sugar.
Figs can help fight aging because of its antioxidants it can stay at least four hours.
Prunes strengthen and make bones stronger because of minerals boron and Vitamin K components in it.
Watermelon can reduce wrinkles and because of lycopene it can give more protection to sunburns.
Fruits and vegetables can provide everything our body needs because in these foods have all the nutrients of real foods. Having these in the diet does not only help you control your daily budget but gives you the maximum benefits to your health both bodily and heart health.

With fruits and vegetables, you can have a balanced diet which for sure makes you healthy and strong. These foods increases your energy with a healthier weight and of course a new outlook in life.
