It should not have eye infections because they prevent doctor to perform the surgery on the eyes apart from slowing down the postoperative recovery. The surgery does not take much time, but the patient needs to follow some guidelines for postoperative care. The experience of the surgeon to be chosen for this process is quite crucial. This surgery does not involve any incision and is not at all painful for a person. The cornea is reshaped making use of laser. The shape of the cornea, which will be attained after the surgery, is decided before hand.
