There is not a worse thing for a man to have to go through than feeling like the woman that he is totally in love with just does not feel the same way anymore. It's worse than when you have a crush on a woman and she does not find you attractive. You've already been with your ex girlfriend, and you know how GOOD it feels to have her by your side.

This can lead you to want to get her back and make her stay, but it can also make you wonder what you are doing wrong as well. Getting back your ex girlfriend is not always going to be smooth sailing, but there are some things that you can do to make it a lot less tiresome on yourself.

Here are some things you need to know to get her back and make her stay with you:

1. Don't cast any judgments on her.Now, because people are naturally inclined to do this, it will be hard at first. But judging your ex girlfriend is only going to make it rougher, it definitely will not make it any easier for you. Did she hurt you by breaking it off? Sure. Should that be a good reason to start to make harsh judgments about her/ Not at all. She is human just like you.

2. Don't try and win her back through deception.Though there may be some tricks that will work to get her back in the short run, for the long run, using deception is not a good strategy to pursue. The point is to get her back and KEEP her with you. If she finds out that you used deception and trickery as a way to get her back, the odds of her wanting to stay with a man like that are not very promising.

3. Don't make it all about YOU.I know, you are the one that is going trough the sadness, the hurt, and the pain. But relationships are two way streets, and you can bet that she has her own issues that she is dealing with. Broaden your scope and realize that she might be going through a lot of things that she does not really want to, just like YOU.
