This is a problem that needs treated by a professional therapist. Rapid hair loss can even occur from poor diet. Your body needs certain nutrients to keep your hair in balance. If it does not receive these, you will experience hair loss. The most common causes of this are from different eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia. These are dangerous not only to your hair but to the rest of your body as well. It is also a good idea to take a multivitamin designed to help hair, skin and nail growth. This can help combat hair loss from poor diet. You should also make sure you eat plenty of protein. Even as a vegetarian, there are plenty of ways to get this into your diet. Proper nutrition is the foundation for a good body and good hair alike.
