Guided meditation employs both visualisations and affirmations.
In the first, the imagination is used to imprint an image on the unconscious,
and, in the second, positive assertions are imprinted while in the meditative state.

These techniques are aimed at people with little or no spare time who are looking
for an effective method of relaxation and also for those who wish to develop their
self-awareness.

The Guided Meditation can be split into three types.
.Basic to easy meditation ( 10minutes)
.Intermediate meditation ( 20minutes )
.The harder and more complex ( 30minutes )

It is really not advisable to meditate for more than thirty minutes each day
as you run the risk of  becoming a relaxation addict and ignoring your responsibilities
ultimately putting relationships at risk.

Now we have the basics of meditation covered let us determine what exactely a guided meditation is.
In my opinion it is a meditation that is offered by one who speaks quietly the words that suggest a mental journey.
Use these meditation techniques for inner happiness and healing.

Meditation can be considered a way of quietening the mind for peace and relaxation, but it can also be a way of healing
the body by channaling the universal life force to the exact spot of the disease
This life force grows the bodies immune system to fight off infection and replenish the cells.
At the same time it will bring the natural balance of the body back inline.
This is better than using normal medication as nearly always this entails nasty side effects.

There are many religions that use water in their rituals. The theory being that water cleanses
the aura of impurities and seal the chakras ensuring no one can disturb or gain access to our own bubble of
sacred space.
There are many exercises that will replicate the effect of ritual cleansing but these will obviously use
only imigery this is so that it can be performed anywhere, anytime, anyplace.

I believe there are four main areas in which we can use guided meditation and i will list these below
