Have you ever thought of the reason for regular Hair loss?

You return from your shower after loosing considerable amount of hair. You must have tried many medicinal oils and different herbs but the condition remains the same-scary. One would fear to imagine the condition when the scalp would be left with just a sample of hair which once you crowned.

The head has about 100,000 hair follicles. Each follicle can grow about 20 individual hairs in the lifetime. Hair grows at an average rate of half an inch per month and falls off at around 100 strands per day.

It must be understood that the condition of hair is dependent on the overall health. The hair follicles are trapped and blocked off from vital blood supplies that are required to nourish the development of hair.

No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cream, spray, foam or whatever, can single-handedly give enduring healthy hair. The positive effects derived from each of these methods are extremely temporary or short-term at best.

True healthy hair begins at underneath the surface of the scalp. The living part of the hair is in the hair follicle. Blood carries nutrients through arteries connected to hair follicles. Poor eating habits and stress to name a couple can deprive hair of sufficient nourishment making it dry and dull.

The main component of hair fiber is keratin. Keratins are fibrous protein molecules that serve as structural units for various living tissues. Ordinary shampoo formulations result in high protein loss during washing.

External use of good oil for hair is certainly important. But good diet and protein has larger role to play in the total fitness of the body. It will help in the better growth of hair. We should not forget its effect on Genes, stress, illness, malnutrition, medication, hormonal imbalance, etc. all have something to say about the hair’s well-being.

For the better health of hair, one can always depend upon the age-old trusted Aloe Vera and Henna.

Aloe Vera balances pH of the scalp and helps in healing it from within. It helps in cleaning the pores and stopping further hair loss. It has been widely used by Indians to promote healthy hair.

Henna is a good natural conditioner and helps in controlling hair loss. It stops the hair breakage and restores a better look to the hair.

You may try another exercise to stop hair loss and prepare ground for breaking up those hardened layers of excess sebum on your scalp and eliminate bacteria. It will help in growing new hair. You have to rub Olive oil on your head before you go to bed. Sleep with it and shampoo it out in the morning. You do not have to use olive oil after eight days, any more. You may switch over to virgin coconut oil.

For best results, I suggest that you apply or massage Virgin Coconut Oil directly on your hair and into your scalp. The reward is virtually instantaneous and it’s such a fantastic conditioner. Do this religiously and it’s going to be hard not to have beautiful hair. Give it a fair try. What’s there to lose?
