Healthy hair is every woman's dream. Women are more conscious of their beauty of hairs since it is the most visible and adorable part of the body. However, sometimes they wake up very late when any hair problem goes out of control. On the other hand, those who take good care and preventive measures, enjoy with all the beauty of this priceless gift. Apart from other hair related complications, the most common problem that the women experience is thinning of hair or hair fall. Several factors play important role in this complaint. Addressing at the right time, some of the problems can be avoided before they get worse. It is not the sole issue that worries women only, men also equally faces this problem.

Leaving common hair related details for some other time; we concentrate here on some preventive measures that could help you protect this beautiful part of the body. Without going into the hair loss technicalities, usually more confusing than helping, we shall address the hair loss issue in a simpler and helpful manner.

Being natural part of body, hair has its own requirements and demands to stay healthy. When these needs are not met you will face the outcomes in form of hair diseases. Acquaint yourself with the basic knowledge of hair care that could help you fight the hair loss properly. The simple fact is that, apart from hereditary hair loss factors (even in this, total hair fall is not common), lots of hair-loss-triggers can effectively be controlled with preventive measures alone.

The biggest worry for a woman is baldness. It is normally feared that hair fall would lead to baldness. Fortunately, hair fall in female typically does not result in complete baldness, as is often the case with male.

The good news is that most of the hair fall complaints are directly related to an unhealthy scalp and follicle condition which, if addressed timely and properly, can effectively be avoided.

To avoid hair fall or related problems, consult only an expert, a dermatologist or reputable hair clinic specialized in hair care; especially if you notice any abnormality in your hair - excessive hair fall, dandruff, etc. Following the experts' advice, hair fall factors can be controlled from growing into an established disease.

As a result of some diseases and other natural factors (like high fever, thyroid disorders, general anesthesia, extreme stress, pregnancy or childbirth, etc) you may notice temporary hair loss. Don't worry, hair will re-grow, just follow proper advice of the experts.

More than a physician, a dermatologist is the right source to consult hair fall problems. It is important for us to be evaluated by a dermatologist who specializes in hair loss care.

After a qualified approach to your problem and once the trigger is removed, the hair simply needs time to return to normal - which could take anywhere from three to nine months. So, be patient.
