Bringing harmony to your daily living is pretty much something that you spend a lot of time and energy in trying to achieve for yourself – without a great deal of success.

Those of course, who believe they have succeeded in bringing about harmony into their daily living, are generally not very aware of their moment to moment movement throughout the day, day by day.

Harmony is something that can only come about through your realization of who “you” are; through you being the “you” of you that you already are and is flowing through the very eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through right now.

Until you begin to recognise this “one” that is who you are, you will inevitably continue to bounce from one motion of disharmony to another while looking for the “place” that will bring you the contentment that you keep on hoping is going to descend upon you.

Strange, is it not, that you would expect and hope for the very thing that you already are, and that you have such immense resistance to doing what needs doing for you to be the absolute freedom and harmony that is already true of you. What would you say to someone who keeps on persisting in putting their hand in the fire and then complaining of the burn? - burn, ya bass todd, burn?

When you tire of drowning in your own effluence then you may well come to a place of willingness to actually do something about standing free of your own creation of misery and suffering.

What continues to happen for most of you is that a wave of the motion of the heart – or a motion of understanding, a motion of willingness, a motion of spirit and upliftment - sweeps on in and you are receptive to listening to something that is going to inspire you towards having a look at a greater-ness of the heart that you already are and yet refuse to know. This wave then recedes (as all waves do – they roll on in and they roll on out) and you are once again left with the forces of resistance that have you not bothering – through lethargy, resistance, plain old sulking – to do anything towards breaking through these patterns of the mindbody that you suffer because of your constant and consistent attempts at trying to be this mindbody.

The breaking through of these patterns of the mindbody are not by creating different patterns for the mindbody to override the previous models – no – none of this kind of activity is going to change anything in relation to the seeing and being of who “you” already are. That would just be more waffling around in your own creation of being lost to this one that is flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through.

“You” are already free of what this “you” of you is flowing through even as it is flowing through it. The one that is flowing through your eyes is this “you” of you that is needed to be found and to be stopped at and as.

It is through you coming to being deeply at rest in and as this “you” of you that you begin to find harmony a happening thing in your life.
