Nobody wants to be around someone who snores at night, and nobody wants to be "that guy" or "gal" who snores.  Even if it only happens once a week, it's a nuisance, but there's hope.  There are a number of remedies, including mouth guards.  Have you tried one of these six stop snoring mouth guards?

1. The "AveoTSD"
This is a mouth guard that works by stabilizing your tongue so that it won't fall to the back of your throat, which action can block the airway.  It's constructed of a soft, gel-like silicone, and will hold your tongue to the front of your mouth.  This will keep your airway unobstructed.

2. You can try an elastic mandibular advancement appliance
This is one of the stop snoring mouth guards that is backed by the FDA, especially useful for anyone who suffers from sleep apnea.  There are elastic straps that will keep your lower jaw (mandible) pulled forward, and will help you treat snoring and your apnea.

3. Similar to the previous device - elastomeric sleep appliance
This device is constructed from silicone as well.  Many will prefer this device simply due to the way it is customized per patient, and is very comfortable to wear.  The FDA also backs this device, and many dentists treating sleep apnea will carry it.

4. Full breath solution
One of the stop snoring mouth guards is the full breath solution, which stabilizes your tongue.  It will keep your tongue in place so it will not fall backwards in your mouth, and keep your airway open while preventing you from snoring.

5. The device called "MPowRX"
This product works as an "OTC" (over-the-counter) device, which you can find in many grocery stores or local pharmacies.  This holds your tongue in place as it opens your airway, giving you the chance to breathe fully all night long.

6. The product called the "Noiselezz Mouthpiece"
This is another customized device, which is very comfortable according to those who use it, due to the fact it is molded especially for you.  It will also work by holding your mandible forward, so your air passage will remain open.  It originates from Denmark, and many Northern American outlets will carry it.

These are a few of the best-known stop snoring mouth guards, known to prevent or at least reduce the severity of snoring.  You can find customized mouth pieces if you have a bad enough case, or if you suffer from sleep apnea.  Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, so be sure to conduct your research.
