What is the best thing for a broken heart? Is it sympathy? Is it getting your ex back? Or is it just taking sometime to heal? I guess the answers would vary from situation to situation. But I have a few ideas about what I think is the best way to ?tid=ab66" " heal a broken heart . Lets look at a few...OK?

How to Deal With a Broken Heart -1

If you just went through a bad break up and you were the one being dumped, your first reaction is panic. You want the pain to go away immediately. You believe that can be accomplished only by your ex coming back to you, right? This is not the best way to heal a broken heart...why? Because you have not taken the time to figure out if you even want your ex back or not. You just immediately start begging them, and this brings you even lower. And the lower you get the more desperate you become, and the cycle continues until you find yourself in more pain than ever. The best way to deal with a broken heart, is to take a few days to yourself at first to analyze the situation, and collect your thoughts.

How to Deal With a Broken Heart -2

OK, so now that you've taken a few days to let the dust settle, and get your mind together...what's next? If you've decided that you truly want to get your ex back, then you'll need a plan...right? So many people dealing with a broken heart figure it's been a few days, I better get my ex back before they start dating someone else...Wrong! If you try to patch things up without thinking things through first, you'll just mess things up more than they already are. You need some good advice, and a plan to follow. If you're going to do something, you might as well do it right the first time, especially if you're worried about getting your ex back before someone else gets them. Think before you act, and know what you're going to do first...get a good plan together and heal your broken heart.

How to Deal With a Broken Heart -3

This is what I think is the most important thing to have, and to use when dealing with a broken heart, and that is support. Yes, support from your family, friends, and co-workers. But make sure this is positive support. You do not want people telling you this isn't going to work. Because that will only make you worry, then panic, and then blow your plan by doing something like calling them, and asking about their personal life. You also want to avoid rumors. People just love to gossip and spread false information.

I suggest that if you're really serious about healing your broken heart, and getting your ex back, that you find a good plan that comes with personal support. Any plan without personal support is going to be very hard to succeed with. Let me give you an example. You're using the plan but you're confused about how to apply this certain strategy in your unique situation. OK, without someone you can email and ask a question...who do you turn to? This is why I highly recommend that if you go with a plan to get your ex back that you use one with free personal support. This way you have the greatest chance of succeeding, and healing your broken heart.

If you have any comments, or questions for me...please leave them for me on my Blog in the comment box. What can I do to help you ?tid=ab66" " heal your broken heart ? Talk to me and let me know...OK?

Until next time,

S. Williams
